TV5 Monde and French media company Ankama have announced the broadcast of both seasons of the “Wakfu” animated series in the U.S. and Asia.

The first season will start on Sept. 17 on TV5 channels in Asia, the Pacific, the Orient and the U.S., with season two following on Oct. 23.

The “Wakfu” television series is based on a multi-media brand, which also includes online and console video games, a trading card game, action figures and a series of manga books.
