Capcom has joined forces with the Osaka Prefectural Police to introduce a new recruitment advertisement for cyber-crime investigators, using characters from the “Street Fighter” video game series to bring in new officers through brand licensing.

This new campaign comes from a long-standing relationship between Capcom and the Osaka Prefectural Police, as well as forces from neighboring prefectures, which stems back to 2013.

The “Street Fighter” campaign will be featured on 3,000 flyers, 1,000 poster advertisements and be placed on police and train stations across Osaka.
