SEGA of America has unveiled the next iteration in its Sonic Boom brand, "Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice." The new Nintendo 3DS game, developed Sanzaru Games, will build off of the animated series on Cartoon Network.

Then this summer the new Sonic the Hedgehog information app, "Sonic Central," will launch for both iOS and Android devices. The app will serve as a one-stop shop for all things Sonic including exclusive art and wallpapers, character information, clips from the animated series, concept art and games.
