Zodiak Kids Consumer Products Paris has announced French summer activities and product launches for “The Saddle Club” (a.k.a “Grand Galop”), including a new QSR promotion and a new Nintendo DS game, as well as branded scooters, rollerblades, sticker albums and arts and crafts items.

Fast food chain Flunch is sponsoring a QSR promotion running from June 16 to August 10 in 240 restaurants, with five different premiums featured in the kid’s meal.

Koch Media will launch its second Grand Galop Nintendo DS game and is repackaging the first DS game with a special Saddle Club pouch, available exclusively at Carrefour. The new game will hit 200 Carrefour supermarkets across France this summer.

D’Arpege will be bringing out a complete range of rollerblades, scooters and accessories branded in Saddle Club colors, while indoor activities will get a boost thanks to E-Max’s news sticker album (already on shelves) and Ravensburger’s new arts and craft range.

"After many years of success in the French market it is very satisfying to see ‘The Saddle Club’ continue to bring in such interesting deals,” says Patricia de Wilde, senior vice presiden, Zodiak Kids Consumer Products, Paris. “This ongoing success also shows how committed we are to our third party licensees, which are an important part of our business in Europe."

“The Saddle Club” is a live-action series about young girls’ adventures with their horses, based on the novels by Bonnie Bryant. Zodiak Kids manages “The Saddle Club” in Europe.
