Red Bull Makes a Play for Esports

Red Bull will become an official gear sponsor for G2 Esports and host a variety of activations as part of the agreement.

Red Bull has been chosen as a sponsor for G2 Esports in Germany.

The multi-year partnership will see both brands on sponsored gear and activations for the G2 brand. New jerseys have been created for G2’s esports teams to include the Red Bull logo. Upcoming activations will also take place at esports league championships in Greece and Germany.

Red Bull has made a strategic push into the esports arena in recent years. Along with its various league sponsorships, the energy drink brand also has named gamer celebrity Ninja as a spokesperson.
