As part of its 2017 Summer of Play tour, Nintendo visited the Mall of America in Minnesota last weekend, June 23-25, to highlight its new Nintendo Switch console, the Nintendo 3DS family of systems and a host of new games.

During the event, fans were able to participate in photo opportunities with Nintendo characters like Mario and the Inklings as well as play a variety of Nintendo games. My Nintendo members who checked in with their My Nintendo QR Code also received a free gift.

Nintendo Switch Games that were available include: “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild,” “Mario Kart 8 Deluxe,” “1-2 Switch,” “Snipperclips–Cut it out, together,” “Arms,” “Splatoon 2,” “Pokkén Tournament DX,” “Super Bomberman R,” “Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers” and “Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition.”

Nintendo 3DS games that appeared include: “Pokémon Sun,” “Pokémon Moon,” “Super Mario Maker,” “Super Smash Bros.,” “Hey! Pikmin” and “Miitopia.”
