Nintendo will feature Hasbro's Transformers in an upcoming Splatfest event for its video game "Splatoon."

Splatfests are 24-hour events that let players pick a preference, in this case Autobots or Decepticons, and then compete against the opposing side in online battles.

The Transformers-themed Splatfest will take place from 9 p.m. PT on Aug. 28 through 9 p.m. PT on Aug. 29 and is open to all Wii U owners who have "Splatoon."
