Wind Sun Sky Entertainment is on board to develop the Canadian mobile game into an animated series.

NORTH AMERICA–Big Blue Bubble has tapped Wind Sun Sky Entertainment to adapt its mobile game “My Singing Monsters” into a multi-media franchise, beginning with an animated series and consumer products program.

“My Singing Monsters” was released in 2012 and is a world-building game that allows players to collect and breed musical monsters. The characters inhabit a group of lush, exotic island locals, each with its own song. The game currently boasts more than 50 million users.

Further details regarding the new animated series have not been released; however, Skybound Entertainment will be the distributor in all territories worldwide, excluding Canada.
