Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and The LEGO Group have announced plans for a new LEGO Friends video game based on the popular line of building sets for girls.

The game, which is being developed by TT Games, in partnership with Hellbent Games, will be available for the Nintendo DS and 3DS systems this fall.

Featuring creative gameplay based on LEGO Friends toy line, the game allows players to express their style while participating in a range of unique activities. Player build friendships, through parties in Heartlake City, go on adventures, care for a variety of pets and use an in-game camera to create a scrapbook.

“We are very proud to welcome even more girls into the world of LEGO video games with a title based on the best-selling LEGO Friends line,” says Tom Stone, managing director, TT Games. “LEGO Friends allows players to build personal fun adventure while expressing their individual style and personality along the way.”
