Storytelling app from Sir Roger Moore will expand into consumer products and television.

EUROPE-Lawless Entertainment has been appointed as worldwide representatives for licensing, merchandising, and publishing for “GivingTales,” the celebrity storytelling app for children and adults. 

In addition to representing the brand for merchandising, Lawless will also seek co-production financing for the property.

Launched by Sir Roger Moore and friends in 2015, the “GivingTales” app features fairy tales from Hans Christian Andersen narrated by British stars of film and television such as Dame Joan Collins,  Ewan McGregor, David Walliams, Stephen Fry, Sir Michael Caine and Paul McKenna. A Chinese version also features Chinese celebrities including Tao Hong, Song Yingjie, Liu Xiao Ling Tong, Han Qiaosheng, Hua Shao and Wang Han.

The “GivingTales” app is currently available on the Apple, Google Play, Windows and Amazon app stores.
