The combined app library of the two companies will now include more than 250 titles, many of them licensed, with Cupcake’s portfolio including Strawberry Shortcake, Yo Gabba Gabba!, Animal Planet, How To Train Your Dragon, Madagascar, Shrek and Kung Fu Panda. Zuuka has licenses for DreamWorks’ Croods, Mike the Knight and Ice Age.
Zuuka’s founders Graham Farrar and Woody Sears will hold senior management positions at Cupcake Digital.
