JAKKS Pacific, manufacturer of toys and consumer products, and its costume division, Disguise, have announced a multiyear partnership with Rooster Teeth and Joey Drew Studios to extend the video game, “Bendy,”to a broader market. JAKKS and Disguise will design, develop and manufacture action figures, plush, playsets, costumes and costume accessories commencing this fall.

Disguise first launchedBendy and the Ink Machinecostumes in North America in 2018 and saw great success with the horror-gaming-themed Halloween costumes for several years. JAKKS is joining the mix with master toy rights and expanding the company-wide rights to include worldwide distribution.

“Bendy and the Ink Machine”and “Bendy and the Dark Revival”are puzzle-action-horror video games created by Joey Drew Studios. They feature a cartoon atmosphere and intense and frightening storylines.

“JAKKS and Disguise have an incredibly robust portfolio of video game licenses and costume lines,” says Virginia Reneau, senior vice president, licensing, JAKKS and Disguise. “Bendywas Disguise’s first product line for episodic horror. We were very excited to see the fans, new and old, show up to retail to dress up as their favoriteBendycharacter for Halloween and we are so happy to continue to extend this brand into our toy line as well.”

AllBendytoys, costumes and accessories will be widely available in-store and online at retailers in North America this fall.
