Food delivery company expands with the launch of a food-inspired app.

Online food-ordering company Grubhub has partnered with with the mobile messaging provider Snaps to create a new keyboard emoji app called “MMMoji.”

The “MMMoji” keyboard will include digital stickers of words such as hangry, hot, tasty, delish and fresh, as well as food-themed emojis such as jalapeños and peppers.

"Grubhub aims to bring joy to all the moments that matter to our diners, on days of significance and those that are part of the everyday," says Barbara Martin Coppola, chief marketing officer, Grubhub. "We are excited to work with the Snaps team to bring our diners a new, fun tool to celebrate the language of food."

Snaps has previously helped develop branded emoji keyboard campaigns for brands such as Burger King, Dove, Pepsi, Victoria’s Secret, MTV, Sony Music and more.

"We are thrilled to partner with Grubhub to help them bridge the gap between emojis and food," says Christian Brucculeri, chief executive officer, Snaps. "We believe messaging is an incredible opportunity for branding and commerce, and Grubhub is leading the way into this space by putting their brand and partners into their consumers' conversations."

The “MMMoji” keyboard app is available now on the App Store and will launch on Google Play at a later date.
