Disney XD has launched the “Disney XD Grand Prix,” a racing game app for smartphones and tablets.

Fans can interact with characters from Disney XD shows such as “Phineas and Ferb,” “Gravity Falls,” “Mighty Med,” “Kickin’ It,” “Lab Rats,” “Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja” and “Wander Over Yonder.” The app is available now in the Apple Store, Google Play and Amazon app store.
