The 37th Golden Joysticks Awards have named "Cyberpunk 2077" winner of the Most Wanted Game

award

for the second year running.

Due out for release on April 16, 2020, "Cyberpunk 2077" will be available across PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 with a version available on Google Stadia set to launch in the same year.

The open-world RPG has already seen success in licensing on the back of CD Projekt Red’s pedigree, launching a merch store only this year and teasing major licensing initiatives such as Keanu Reeves' appearance in the game as a non-playable character.

CD Projekt Red is also awaiting the launch of its first TV transformation as "The Witcher" Netflix original prepares to launch in Dec. 2019.

Other winners in the Golden Joysticks Awards roster included "Fortnite" (sports Game of the Year), "Resident Evil 2" (Ultimate Game of the Year) and Epic Games (Studio of the Year).
