Agency is planning a full licensing program for the music-based social media network.

“Musical.ly,” a video social network app, has selected Brand Central to develop a consumer products program based on its music platform.

Under the terms of the agreement, Brand Central plans to create a variety of retail programs in product categories including apparel, accessories, consumer electronics, home décor, toys, health and beauty, back-to-school and more.

“‘Musical.ly’ is the biggest platform on the planet right now for every kid empowered by music,” says Ross Misher, chief executive officer, Brand Central. “The platform is creating our next digital stars right on our smartphones and we want to further broaden the ‘Musical.ly’ lifestyle into a full range of consumer products.”
