Following the 3 millionth download of their 2013 app, “Tamagotchi L.i.f.e.,” Bandai and Sync Beatz Entertainment are planning a new app, “Tamagotchi L.i.f.e. Angel,” which recreates the original Tamagotchi Angel digital handheld game series.

The free app offers a multitude of Angel characters, new color environments, changeable play modes and social integration. Joan Jett’s new single "Any Weather" will also be integrated into the new Angel mini-game.

iOS and Androids versions of the “Angel” app will launch Feb. 26 in the U.S. and Canada.
