, for series, film and more. Actor Henry Cavill (“Man of Steel,” “Mission: Impossible”) is a longtime fan of the franchise and is attached as star and executive producer.
Established almost 40 years ago, “Warhammer” has been expanding its rich lore, its in-depth hobby and tabletop games, animations, novels, video games and licensed goods.

Vertigo Entertainment’s Roy Lee and Natalie Viscuso (“Barbarian,” The “LEGO” franchise, the “It” films, “The Departed”) partnered with Cavill early on to secure the IP and deliver it to Amazon Studios. Vertigo will executive produce with Cavill, Smillie and Max Bottrill alongside Amazon Studios.
