Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific has launched its English-language entertainment channel WB in Pakistan, three years after the channel debuted in India.

The 24-hour channel targets an upscale urban audience 24-hour Hollywood content including movies and TV series from the Warner Bros. studio.

WB will be distributed in Pakistan through Homecast Entertainment Private and will feature movie titles such as the Harry Potter series, the Lord of the Rings series, include The Hangover and Sherlock Holmes, as well as series like “The Big Bang Theory,” ‘Fringe” and “Friends.”
