ZURU Readies for World Tea Party Day

Itty Bitty Prettys debuts collectibles and surprise unboxing ahead of the brand’s World Tea Party Day celebration.

ZURU has debuted Itty Bitty Prettys Tea Party Surprise, a modern take on traditional tea party and doll play.

ZURU is hosting a reveal of Itty Bitty Prettys on Walmart.com, and products the Giant and Little Tea Cup will be available at Walmart stores later this month. In August, the brand will also debut at Target, Amazon and other retailers.

“We’ve brought together the best ingredients for Itty Bitty Prettys Tea Party Surprise and added a 21st-century upgrade: dress up and classic role-play, collectability and swapping, rich unboxing, and a craft and creative experience,” says Adam Woods, creative director, ZURU. “Our Itty Bitty Pretty collectible dolls are designed to be fashion-forward and inspire individuality and inclusiveness. At its core, Itty Bitty Prettys brings together people of all backgrounds for a cup of tea, friendship and fun.”

The launches build toward the Itty Bitty Prettys World Tea Party on Aug. 8, when kids and families are encouraged to join the celebration.

During the

premiere of Itty Bitty Prettys World Tea Party, YouTube and TikTok influencers worldwide will celebrate inclusivity, encourage kindness and discover Itty Bitty Prettys surprises and share tea party ideas.

The news adds to ZURU’s recent announcement that it has teamed with YouTube influencers

to create a line of toys and games.
