‘TMNT,’ WWE Slam into Co-Branded Toys

Nickelodeon and WWE have teamed with Playmates Toys for a collection of co-branded action figures featuring the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” suited up as WWE Superstars.
The Ninja Superstars range includes Leonardo as John Cena, Raphael as Sting, Donatello as Undertaker and Michelangelo as “Macho Man” Randy Savage. The 6-inch figures also come with full ring fear and various sewer slam accessories.
“The Ninja Superstar action figures are the ultimate mash-up of the iconic ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ and four legendary WWE Superstars,” says Jon Roman, senior vice president, toys, Nickelodeon. “Passionate fans of ‘TMNT’ and WWE will love this exciting collaboration from Playmates Toys that is imaginative, innovative and totally unexpected.”
The Ninja Superstars range will be available exclusively at Walmart in early November.
