The Fred Rogers Company and 9 Story Media Group have appointed Imports Dragon as the global master toy partner for the animated series “Peg + Cat.”

Imports Dragon will release toys for the PBS Kids series this fall.

The Fred Rogers Company and 9 Story Media Group have appointed Imports Dragon as the global master toy partner for the animated series “Peg + Cat.”

Imports Dragon will now transform the show’s characters, as well as its math and problem-solving concepts, into a collection of toys for preschoolers, ages 3-5. The new collection will include plush toys, arts and crafts sets, games and wooden puzzles.

“We’re very excited to expand our ‘Peg + Cat’ merchandising program with Imports Dragon, which is known for expertly adapting entertainment properties into must-have toys that enhance a child’s learning, while depending their interaction with the brand,” says Paul Siefken, vice president, broadcast and digital media, The Fred Rogers Company. “Imports Dragon has developed a wonderful array of creativity-inspiring products that ‘add up’ to endless fun and learning opportunities for young fans. Additionally, Candlewick Press will expand its current lineup of “Peg + Cat” books across multiple formats.
