NBCUniversal is continuing to build on the success of its hit animated film Despicable Me 2 at retail, as the product program gains momentum heading into 2015’s feature, Minions.

The studio has tapped Thinkway Toys as master toy licensee to support the brands, which will roll out an ongoing range of toys and products throughout the year.

In time for spring/summer, Thinkway will launch the Minion Jerry Bedtime Buddy, a talking figure that will sing lullabies. Thinkway also has a series of talking action figures in the works that will include 25 sayings from characters such as Gru and Minions Stuart, Dave and Tim. The Bee-Do Fireman Minion will also hit shelves this summer, as will the toilet humor gadget, the Fart Blaster.

Other planned toys include the Dancing Dave 8-inch talking action figure, a collector’s edition action figure series, an Evil Minion talking plush, a Minion mobile, a fluffy unicorn plush, bedtime Agnes plush and more.
