Mattel has revealed its first leadership moves for the new year.

Mattel has announced its newest leadership moves for the new year. Jason Horowitz and Roberto Stanichi will both be assuming new roles at the organization.

Horowitz will be stepping into the role of senior vice president, U.S. marketing, and head,  global digital and media. He most recently served as senior vice president, Hot Wheels and global head, vehicles. Horowitz will report to Steve Totzke, global chief commercial officer.

Roberto Stanichi is returning to Mattel after a two-year run at Spin Master. Stanichi will be assuming the role of senior vice president, Hot Wheels and global head, vehicles, taking over for Horowitz. At Spin Master, Stanichi served as vice president, marketing and global business unit lead for the preschool business. Previously, he spent 13 years at Mattel, where he served as vice president, global marketing for the action figures category and as senior director, marketing of Hot Wheels. Stanichi will report to Mattel president and chief operating officer Richard Dickson.
