Mattel Television has teamed with Propagate founders Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens to create a reality game show for “Uno,” according to a report from The Hollywood Reporter.

With working title “The Uno Game Show,” the series will see the classic card game turned into a competition. Four teams will face off to become Uno champion, utilizing what Mattel calls a “supersized Uno experience” that incorporates physical challenges, trivia and audience participation.

Silverman and Owens are set to executive produce the series alongside John Quinn (“Match Game,” “Let’s Make a Deal,” “The Price is Right”).

"Uno is the most popular game in the world and is a fixture in pop culture, making it the ideal franchise to build a reality game show around,” says Adam Bonnett, executive producer, Mattel TV. “Ben, Howard, Greg and John have deep expertise in unscripted content and are the perfect partners to help us transform Uno into a television series for the whole family.”

More details will be released at a later date.
