Disney and Pixar “Lightyear” and Mattel has announced the release of new toys ahead of movie release. The range of toys includes action figures, vehicles, role-play, pre-school and plush toys. 

One of the toys will be the Disney and Pixar “Lightyear” Laser Blade Buzz Lightyear figure that comes with lights and sounds inspired by the movie. The large-scale Buzz Lightyear has 13 posable joints and comes in a Ranger Alpha suit, standing 11.5 inches tall.  

A 20-inch-long Disney and Pixar ‘Lightyear’ Blast & Battle XL-15 vehicle with a Buzz Lightyear pilot figure is also part of the collection. It comes with button-activated projectile shooters on both sides, four projectiles, a flip-up cockpit cover and pop-down landing gear.

The range also includes the Disney and Pixar “Lightyear” Zurg figure, which is almost 10 inches tall and has 13 moveable joints.  

Finally, a Pixar “Lightyear” Laser Blade DX toy will also be released. It is a 16-inch-long sword-like blade that emits a blue light and makes swooshing sounds as heard in the film.
