Big Balloon will distribute and market the debut Matt Hatter toy range from international master toy partner the Simba Dickie Group.
Interlocking SKUs with 3D “multivision” features and an emphasis on interactivity and collectability will define the first toy range, which is targeted to boys ages 5 to 10 years. The line includes role-play toys and articulated action figures.
"From the moment we saw the Matt Hatter programming and toy line developed by our partners Simba, we just had to work with Platinum and Haven on this must-have brand,” says Chris Loverso, sales and marketing director, Big Balloon. “The boys’ action aisle has to be at the forefront of innovation, entertainment, role play and collectability, and Matt Hatter delivers on all fronts. We are now developing the launch program, and already we’re receiving an excited response from all our retail partnersfor a launch in early 2015.”
