InspirationWorks has teamed with leading app developers to preload the new Kurio kids tablet with top mobile games including “Angry Birds,” “Fruit Ninja,” “Cut the Rope,” “Doodle Jump” and “Where’s My Water?.”

InspirationWorks will also release a full range of licensed accessories for the tablet including skins, cases and headsets.

The new Android-based tablet, targeted to kids ages 4 to 15, will hit shelves in July.

“We have worked closely with key gaming licensors to make sure that all of the top kids’ apps and games are available as soon as you open the Kurio box, offering a content rich experience and setting it apart from other tablets in the market,” says Tracey Devine, U.K. marketing director, InspirationWorks.

Also setting the Kurio apart from other kids tablets is the fact that it will be Google approved and runs on the Android operating system, which means kids will have access to all games, music and video available for Android–or at least the content that their parents let them have access to.

The Kurio boasts powerful parental controls that allow parents to not only manage what content is available to their kids, but also how long they can play.
