Basic Fun and Hybrid Apparel will release the first products for the new action figure brand next year.

NORTH AMERICA–Zing has unveiled the first licensees on board to support its action figure brand Stikbot in categories spanning toys, bedding and apparel.

The Joester Loria Group, the brand’s exclusive licensing agent, brokered the deals.

Basic Fun has signed on to release Stikbot-branded plush and figural stretch toys. The agreement may also include sound, construction and role play items.

Meanwhile, Hybrid Apparel will launch a range of girls, boys and young men’s t-shirts and tops.

“We are delighted with the response we have had to the Stikbot licensing program from category leaders,” says Debra Joester, president, JLG. “Stikbot’s consumer engagement on social media and success at key retail accounts has captured the attention of key manufacturers and retail buyers over the past few months, and anticipation is growing over the launch of licensed products in 2018.”

The new Stikbot-branded products are set to hit retail in spring 2018.
