Chris Cofoni, Chris Parrish, Audrey Knott and Monika Salazar will work to bolster the toy company across licensing, sales and marketing.

NORTH AMERICA–Jazwares has tapped four new executives–Chris Cofoni, Chris Parrish, Audrey Knott and Monika Salazar–to manage its growing presence across the global consumer products industry through licensing, sales and marketing.

First, Cofoni has joined the company as vice president of specialty and mid-tier sales. In his new role, he will build an entire sales force under Jazwares Boutique, which was unveiled at New York Toy Fair in 2016. The goal of the sales team will be to provide one-on-one customer service and creative marketing solutions to showcase each brand.

Meanwhile, Parrish has joined Jazwares as senior director of licensing. In his new position, he will help build Jazwares’ expanding licensing unit as well as corroborate with major entertainment studios and principal content creators to identify and secure new brands. Previously, Parrish worked at Hasbro, where he specialized in toys and games.

Knott will take on the position of senior director of business, where she will focus on girls’ preschool brands. Previously, Knott held positions with Hasbro and Aqua-Leisure Industries, where she designed, developed and managed entire portfolios of toys and games.

Finally, Salazar has been appointed to serve as the company’s senior director of trade and retail marketing. In her new role, she will help publicize Jazwares’ activities to the trade and public.
