Australia-based Headstart International and U.S.-based Roxo have partnered with Jakks Pacific for distribution agreements for both company’s respective products.

Jakks will now be the exclusive U.S. distributor of Ooshies, Headstart’s line of collectible characters featuring licenses from Nickelodeon and Warner Bros.

The company will also be the worldwide distributor for Roxo’s night light products, Glow Friends, which has secured licenses from properties such as “Paw Patrol” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.”

The multi-year distribution agreements will allow Jakks to promote, market and sell Ooshies and Glow Friends through its various channels nationally and globally.
