GLOBAL— Hasbro, Sunrights and Tomy Company have joined forces to present the “2018 Beyblade Bust World Championship” as well as other competitive games based on the boys’ action franchise “Beyblade Burst.”

A host of ‘Beyblade Burst’ competitions will take place until September, with the world championship event taking place this November at Kidexpo.

The new competition series will invite “Beyblade Burst” fans from around the world to compete in local and national tournaments that will take place until September. National champions will then go on to compete for the world champion title at Kidexpo in Paris.

“‘Beyblade’ is a global phenomenon, earning a dedicated following of passionate and enthusiastic fans who enjoy the competition, strategy, skill and fun,” says Tom Warner, senior vice president, marketing, Hasbro. “We’re excited to bring our ‘Beyblade’ fans from around the world together at the world championship, and look forward to celebrating the competition as we search for the ultimate ‘Beyblade Burst’ Master.”

The “Beyblade” World Championship event will take place Nov. 3 at Kidexpo in Paris.
