Licensing Agent Game of 2 Halves has signed an exclusive representation deal with video game publisher Deep Silver, a division of Koch Media.

“Deep Silver has a portfolio of iconic games that are popular throughout the world so from a licensing point of view we will have a very strong platform to build on,” says Paul Comben, managing director, Game of 2 Halves. “Licensees will be able to offer product to the brands’ millions of fans as well as tapping into the wider market, so we are expecting to deal with considerable interest in all these properties.”

Deep Silver publishes video game titles such as “Dead Island,” “Risen,” “Sacred,” “Metro,” “Secret Files” and “Lost Horizon,” in addition to the hit franchise “Saints Row.”

Game of 2 Halves will be looking to target product categories such as adult apparel, collectibles, figurines, novels, graphic novels and fashion accessories.

"Deep Silver are pleased to be working with Game of 2 Halves on licensing our brands. Video games properties are known as an important category to the licensing business and so this represents a new line of revenue. More importantly though it gives us the opportunity to bring engaging products to the loyal fans of our key franchises,” says Patrick Lorkin, international sales and new business development manager, Koch Media.
