Girls' toy brand gets new partners around the world.

Dracco has unveiled a slate of new partners for its best-selling toy brand Filly.

ELC has been appointed to represent the brand in Russia and Eastern Europe, while Discovery Kids Licensing has been appointed as the licensing agent for Italy.

Discovery will also broadcast the "Filly Funtasia" TV series beginning in late 2016.

Other recent licensing deals for the brand include:

  • BRB (which also produces the series) is handling TV distribution and home entertainment rights outside G/A/S.

  • In Germany, three new publishers have signed on including Panini, Nelson and teNeues, joining Blue Ocean which publishes the Filly magazine.

  • Universal Music is distributing a series of audio books from Dracco that also include new Filly kids' pop music.
