Disney Consumer Products and Marvel Entertainment have collaborated on several products to promote the upcoming film Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, released this Friday.
Several licensees are included in the deal for action figures, costumes, office products and t-shirts.
Hasbro has the license for several GOTG action figures, toy vehicles, a toy gun, an action mask and a role-play set. Just Play created a Rocket Raccoon plush toy exclusively for Toys ‘R” Us stores.
LEGO has three GOTG-themed building sets currently available in stores, and Hot Wheels has a miniature car track also based on the movie.
GOTG t-shirts, hoodies, Sleep Sets and a baseball hat are now available at Disney Store and DisneyStore.com. Mad Engine and Her Universe will sell GOTG t-shirts, and CafePress has released an exclusive GOTG sweatshirt plus iPhone covers
Marvel Press recently released Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Beginnings Innovative Designs will brans various GOTG office supplies in time for back to school shopping.
For Halloween, Disguise has three GOTG-themed costumes available. In the fall, they’ll release an exclusive GOTG Star-Lord Costume.
