CNK Digital has been formed to serve as parent company of ClickN Kids. The new company will serve as publisher, developer and distributor of digital educational software, apps and tablets.

For its first release, CNK Digital has launched app versions of its Looney Tunes-branded ClickN Read Phonics program for both iOS and Android devices. The new apps give children the opportunity to master reading skills in a game-like environment that features Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Taz, Tweety and other Looney Tunes characters.
