China-based Guangdong Alpha Animation and Culture Company, a developer of animation and toys, has created a North American division–Auldey Toys North America.

The new company has appointed Adrian Roche as its new president. Roche joins Auldey Toys after eight years as vice president of brands at MEGA Brands. He also previously served as vice president of the first years at Tomy.
