Cartamundi has signed an agreement to buy The United States Playing Card Company (USPC) from its parent company Newell Brands.

USPC is the owner of brands such as Bicycle, Bee, Hoyle and Fournier. In 2018, USPC realized net sales of approximately 112 million dollars. The acquisition expands Cartamundi’s international games portfolio in North America and Spain.
