Multi-brand toy company TCG Toys is bringing back the '90s heritage action figure line, Bend-Ems. Series 1 will feature licenses and characters to collect, including "Sonic the Hedgehog," "Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir" and "SpongeBob SquarePants."

"The appeal of Bend-Ems is a cultural phenomenon," says Michael Albert, chief executive officer, TCG Toys. "Bend-Ems are collectible, affordable and ripe for today's market. We are thrilled to bring the popular '90s toy back to the forefront of creative and imaginative play. Like the original, TCG Toys is positioned to bring Bend-Ems to market quickly."

"People ask me what the most important key was to the success of Bend-Ems," says Allan Rigberg, creator and IP owner, Bend-Ems. "It's two-fold: speed to market and desirable licenses. The figures' innovative design allows us to quickly ramp into production, further allowing retail buyers to seize opportunities quickly. TCG Toys' agility, enthusiasm and extensive licensing partners make them the perfect team to combine Bend-Ems nostalgic elements, today's popular characters and get them to market quickly."

Bend-Ems will hit retail shelves this fall.
