Hallmark and Mattel have signed a new licensing agreement that will bring the Barbie brand license back to Hallmark this year.
The new contract gives Hallmark the rights to create holiday ornaments and plush products in the U.S. and Canada for the Barbie brand, and create products for three other Mattel properties: Monster High, Ever After High and Hot Wheels.
The first new Barbie products from Hallmark will appear in Hallmark Gold Crown stores for the Keepsake Ornament Premiere in July.
