Aurora World has joined forces with U.K. retailer WHSmith to develop a refreshed line of plush toys based on the “YooHoo to the Rescue” children’s animated show.

The line includes 14 five-inch plush characters from the series. Each new toy in the collection will be available in 200 WHSmith high street stores in the U.K. WHSmith stores in Exeter, White City, Brighton, Bromley and Kingston upon the Thames will also showcase five large 60cm “YooHoos” as part of the rollout.

“With the arrival of ‘YooHoo to the Rescue’ on the Netflix platform and this partnership with a household name in U.K. retail, we are looking forward to a very positive response to the new ‘YooHoo’ plush,” says Jay Noh, director of content business, Aurora World. “This partnership is a major boost for the ‘YooHoo’ brand in an important market.”

The “YooHoo” plush line partnership in the U.K. comes following a similar plush line launch in Japan for the show earlier this year.
