Atmosfear incorporates video content that features a video host known as the “Gatekeeper,” who randomly offers instructions and hurls insults. A building soundtrack, storm effects and more bring the experience to life.

“The game originally sold over 3 million units at retail and is one of those games that when you mention it to gamers has been one that people have wanted to re-release,’’ says Phil Tanner, A Couple of Cowboys (the IP owner of Atmosfear). “We are so happy to be teaming with Hijinx for this and the subsequent follow-up games and look forward to what they can do to get new gamers to face their fears.”

The game is set to hit store shelves in 2019.
