Zodiak Kids has appointed Cooneen & Miserli as U.K. nightwear and underwear partner for the preschool series “Tickety Toc.”

The range will feature characters from the new show, including comedic twins Tommy & Tallulah, and will launch in the U.K. and Eire in fall/winter 2013.

The new deal follows a series of other partnership announcements including Vivid Imaginations as U.K. master toy, Just Play as U.S. master toy and Anchor Bay Entertainment as DVD partner for both the U.K. and U.S.

“Tickety Toc” launched on Nick Jr. in the U.K. and continues to be rated No. 1 among kids ages 4 to 6. The show will launch on the U.K.’s Channel 5 Milkshake! slot next month.

Other free-to-air broadcasters that have picked up the series include TG4 (Ireland), France 5, Disney Junior (Canada), NRK Super (Norway), YLE (Finland), PTS (Taiwan), ATV (Turkey) and Pop TV (Slovenia).

Zodiak Kids control all worldwide rights for Tickety Toc except in Korea and Japan.
