'MasterChef Junior' to Hit the High Seas
Endemol Shine Group has extended its partnership with Switzerland-based cruise company MSC Cruises to launch a new kids competition experience, MasterChef Juniors at Sea.
Last year, the two companies joined forces to create the MasterChef at Sea program for adults.
MasterChef Juniors at Sea is open to children ages 4-12 and brings an element of the “MasterChef Junior” show to life in the form of a two-stage cooking battle. In addition to family entertainment, the MasterChef Juniors at Sea will introduce children to new ingredients and cooking techniques from around the globe.
“Following the success of MasterChef at Sea, we are delighted to extend our relationship with MSC Cruises further,” says Jane Smith, group director, brand licensing and gaming, Endemol Shine Group. “The MasterChef brand lends itself perfectly to on-board activations, and the MasterChef Juniors at Sea program taps into the demand we see from fans of all ages wanting to engage with the brand.”
MasterChef Juniors at Sea is currently available on MSC Seaview and will become available across the company’s fleet beginning March.
