Zodiak Kids has appointed Just Play as the North American master toy licensee for the new preschool show “Tickety Toc.” The deal was brokered by Established Brands, the newly appointed U.S. agent for the brand, in partnership with Zodiak Kids.

This news follows the recent announcement of Vivid Imaginations as the U.K. and international master toy licensee for the series.

Just Play will preview Tickety Toc at the Fall Toy Preview, taking place in Dallas, Texas, Oct. 2-4. The toy range, which will launch at retail in North America in fall 2013, will include plush, collectible figures, plastic play sets, track and vehicle play, role play and novelty items.

Established Brands will work with Zodiak Kids to launch a diverse consumer products program at the same time to complement the toy range.

“‘Tickety Toc’ has it all,” says Bob Traub, president of licensing, Established Brands. “From a great broadcaster to beautiful CGI animation, fast pace and highly lovable and merchandisable characters, we are excited to work with premier partners like Just Play and Nickelodeon to drive success both on-air and at retail.”

“Tickety Toc,” produced by Zodiak Kids’ U.K. production company The Foundation and Korea-based FunnyFlux Entertainment, premiered on Nick Jr. in the U.K. in April and on Nickelodeon in the U.S. earlier this month. The preschool series has also been picked up in France, Canada, Ireland, Norway, Finland and Slovenia. Zodiak Kids control all worldwide rights for “Tickety Toc” except in Korea and Japan.
