FremantleMedia Enterprises has appointed Kate Schlomann to the newly created position of executive vice president, brand management and marketing, effective Nov. 1. Schlomann will be based in London and report to FME global chief executive officer David Ellender.
This role was created to support FME’s expanded intellectual property development, including original properties from its children’s and family entertainment division, fashion brand Rebecca Bonbon and table tennis brand Hard Bat.
Schlomann will work closely with FME’s three regional chief executive officers to drive global brand activity, set strategy and ensure delivery. Schlomann also will be tasked with integrating the marketing, PR, events and creative services departments in order to attract and retain top-tier clients including major brands, retailers, broadcasters, licensees, retailers and more.
