Sayles & Winnikoff Communications, based in New York City and New Jersey, and MBC, based in Los Angeles, will partner on projects, work together on new business development, share services and combine resources. The two firms already partner on behalf of several clients, including Skechers Entertainment and the 3d Entertainment Summit and Mobile Entertainment Summit.

"Our corporate philosophies are identical," says Maggie Begley, president of MBC.  “Both our companies have tremendous experience working at the intersection of corporate America and the entertainment industry. As we combine our strengths, we will continue to offer high end services across the businesses in which we specialize.”

“We have been looking to establish a West Coast presence for quite some time, so this is the ideal opportunity to expand,” says Alan Winnikoff, co-principal of Sayles & Winnikoff Communications.

“We have joined forces very successfully with MBC on a number of media industry projects," says Carina Sayles, co-principal at Sayles & Winnikoff. "Formalizing and streamlining our alliance allows us to bring companies and productions on both coasts a level of expertise, service and contacts unparalleled by most PR firms.”
