Nerd Corps has appointed Jillianne Reinseth as vice president of creative affairs in a strategy to boost the animation studio’s IP slate.
Reinseth will oversee development of all original IP and co-productions at the company, which will include Nerd Corps’ newest original property, “Endangered Species.”
“Nerd Corps is known for building great boys action-adventure properties and character-driven comedies, and the company has recently started branching into preschool and girls properties,” says Reinseth. “My role is to continue that trajectory and help develop a robust stable of properties for Nerd Corps.”
Reinseth brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked with some of the top companies and talent in the industry today including Disney, Nickelodeon, Studio B and Chorion.
“Nerd Corps is a creative-first company focused on building kids entertainment brands that can travel the world,” says Asaph Fipke, supreme commander, Nerd Corps. “We look for the best in the creative community to work with, and bringing Jillianne onto the team is a key part of that strategy.”
