Mega Brands showcased its expanded line of Mega Bloks Power Rangers construction toys at Toy Fair 2012 in New York City this week.

The collection, which will be available this fall, includes the heroes, villains and locations from the "Power Rangers Samurai" TV show. New products include micro action figures, hero packs, pocket racers, 2-in-1 Zords and the Claw Armour Megazord. The new line builds on the success of the initial collection, which launched fall 2011.

"We are very proud to have teamed up with Power Rangers, the number one kids' action brand in the world," says Vic Bertrand, chief innovation officer, Mega Brands. "We received a great reaction after the launch of our first Mega Bloks Power Rangers line and we hope to see this excitement continue through the expansion of the Mega Bloks Power Rangers Super Samurai collection, which will allow building fans and collectors alike to explore the Super Samurai's new modes, zords and battle play through our construction toys."

"We're excited to expand upon the already popular Mega Bloks Power Rangers line with the new Power Rangers Super Samurai collection," says Elie Dekel, president, Saban Brands. "Whether combined with the previous Mega Bloks Power Rangers Samurai or played with separately, children will enjoy recreating their favorite Power Rangers scenes."
