Hasbro Studios has inked a programming and licensing agreement with Mediaset, Italy’s leading media group. Mediaset will broadcast “Transformers Prime,” “My Little Pony Friendship is Magic,”  “G.I. Joe Renegades,”  “The Adventures of Chuck and Friends” and “Pound Puppies” on its multiple channels launching in the fourth quarter.

Mediaset will also serve as Hasbro’s exclusive licensing agent for merchandise in the Italian market related to these five flagship programs. The licensing deal will also cover Hasbro’s Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit and Littlest Pet Shop brands.
